Rainbow Phowa

From May 1st to 7th 2007 Nyima Dakpa Rinpoche will lead a retreat in our Chamma Ling Center. The subject of the teachings will be the Rainbow Phowa (Phowa Ja Gur Ma).

Phowa is a very important teaching in the Tibetan community and among Bönpo it is very common.
As we all know our death is certain. Once that death arises, you can only rely on and apply your lifetime of practice. At that time Phowa is the one practice that Transforms your consciousness into the nature of the Enlightened ones and liberates your self from the suffering of cyclic existence (Khor Wa).

Without any appearance of destructions in Bar do, (here it is also necessary to know more about Bar Do and it's appearance) and having experienced Realization of your nature of mind, without fear and doubt you may unite in the nature of your own Enlightenment.
